1. Who can qualify for this offer?

This offer is available to consumers who purchase NEFF kitchen appliances including an oven as detailed in the T&Cs. These appliances must be purchased as part of an overall kitchen purchase from participating retailers including the kitchen furniture (with a minimum of 5 cabinets). Promotion 1 T&Cs (26.12.13 - 05.04.24). Promotion 2 T&Cs (23.08.24 - 30.11.24).

2. How do I know what retailers are participating in this promotion?

All participating retailers can be found either when choosing or searching for a retailer when starting a new claim or by accessing the participating retailers document.

3. I do not have access to claim online?

4. What is the closing date for claims?

All claims for Promotion One must be received by midnight on 31st October 2024. All claims for Promotion Two must be received midnight on 31st May 2025. Claims received after relevant dates will not be accepted.

5. When will I receive my cashback?

Once you have submitted your claim, your claim will be validated and if successful, you will receive an email confirming your cashback is on its way. Please allow 28 days for the release of the Bank Transfer funds, from the date of the Promoter’s confirmation of claim approval. Payment will be via BACS transfer.

6. Where can I find my E-nr and FD Numbers?

Please visit (Service Assistant for your kitchen appliances | NEFF (neff-home.com) for assistance in locating where you will find the E-nr & FD numbers. Should you be unable to access your E-nr and FD number due to installation, you will be required to upload an image of the appliance/s in situ.

7. I work as a tradesperson, can I claim on behalf of my customer?

Unfortunately not, though your customer can make a claim. To do this, you will need to provide a dated copy of your invoice received from a participating retailer (this can be a non-priced trade invoice) and a separate invoice or receipt to your customer that details the appliances purchased. Your customer (the consumer) can then access this site to make their claim.

8. I am unable to upload my invoice, what should I do?
