This can be located in different locations on your appliance. For further assistance on where to locate your E-Nr number please visit

You will need to click on the drop down and select your appliance, this will then show you a diagram of where you can locate the E-Nr number on your appliance
Before you begin your claim, please ensure you have gathered all necessary information and supporting documents. You will need;
Model code and FD number of all purchased appliances. For assistance in locating the FD numbers, please

Photographs of each appliance installed in your kitchen (.jpg, .jpeg, .png format only).
Original purchase document(s) that includes;
An itemised list of all appliances and furniture purchased (with a minimum of 5 cabinets)
Proof that the deposit or initial payment was paid within the promotion dates.
Confirmation that the entire balance has been paid in full or proof of finance agreement in place.
