You will need to click on the drop down and select your appliance, this will then show you a diagram of where you can locate the E-Nr number on your appliance
Before you begin your claim, please ensure you have gathered all necessary information and supporting documents. You will need;
Model code and FD number of all purchased appliances. For assistance in locating the FD numbers, please

Photographs of each appliance installed in your kitchen.
Original purchase document(s) that includes;
Original purchase date
An itemised list of all appliances and furniture purchased (with a minimum of 5 cabinets)
Proof that the deposit or initial payment was paid within the promotion dates.
Confirmation that the entire balance has been paid in full.
