This can be located in different locations on your appliance. For further assistance on where to locate your E-Nr number please visit

You will need to click on the drop down and select your appliance, this will then show you a diagram of where you can locate the E-Nr number on your appliance

The E-Nr number and FD number of all appliances purchased.
A copy of the original purchase receipt. Acceptable documentation includes deposit invoice, contract or schedule which itemises all appliances and furniture purchased (with a minimum of 5 cabinets). For avoidance of doubt, order confirmation summaries and delivery receipts will not be accepted as proof of purchase.
